Very important announcement! This handsome product was just brought to my attention - the Cat Lady IPA beer:
According to the Bellwoods Brewery website, following a tragic Citra hops shortage, the brewery was forced to put on hold the Roman Candle beer (another beer they were working on) until the appropriate hops could be had. And in its wake, the glorious Cat Lady IPA was born:
This IPA recipe was like a phoenix that rose from the ashes of hop politics.
